Just in time for the second season of HBO’s The Last of Us, Naughty Dog is bringing The Last of Us Remastered Part II to PC on April 3.
A new PlayStation Blog post revealed some new info about the port. Developers Nixxes and Iron Galaxy are handling the task of bringing the former PS5 exclusive to PC. The pair of devs previously ported Uncharted: The Legacy of Thieves Collection and Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart to PC. The port has the usual improvements, including frame generation for series 40 Nvidia GPUs and adjustable graphics settings. Just as in previous PlayStation Studios titles, the Naughty Dog sequel also includes support for ultrawide monitors, including support for triple monitor setups.

Can We Trust These System Specs?
The system requirements for the title were also revealed. The high-end requirements tap out at i7 CPUs — but be warned: system specs have lied to us before. The Last of Us Part 1 on PC suffered from a disastrous launch — plagued by shader complications and memory leak issues.

To celebrate the launch on PC, Naughty Dog is also including some new content for Last of Us Remastered Part 2 on PS5. New characters will be added to No Return: Bill and Marlene. Alongside the new characters will come two new playstyles. Bill’s “Smuggler” playstyle will include a custom Rife. The update will also include a new gambit — “All or Nothing” will allow you to “reset” your path once per run. The update for No Return also contains four new maps. The new NO RETURN content will be available on the PS5 and PC versions on April 3. Be sure to download the day one patch to get access to updates.
