We don’t have to tell you that Bloodborne is deemed among the absolute best Souls games on the market. Fans love the gritty aesthetic and horrifying foes that feel like they belong in an H.P. Lovecraft book. But, what people don’t like is the lack of a strong way to play it with good frame rate.
As it turns out, even Final Fantasy 16 star, Ben Starr, who plays Clive Rosfield, is among the many voices championing for the return of 2015 PlayStation 4 exclusive. As shared by GermanStrands on Twitter, the actor notes during a speech at the Golden Joystick Awards this year that it’s “criminal we don’t have an official version of Bloodborne running at 60 frames per second.”
Unfortunately, we doubt this will make Sony budge — fans have been asking both Sony and FromSoftware for years, but without the PlayStation maker’s approval, the Soulslike genre maker can’t make a new version, even though they know people want it.
