Deltarune Chapters 3+4 Release In June

Toby Fox’s Deltarune, the follow-up to the astoundingly popular and influential indie title Undertale, has confirmed that it’ll arrive on the PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch 2, Switch, and Steam on June 5. For those unfamiliar, Undertale and Deltarune are relatively niche titles largely developed by now astonishingly influential independent developer Toby Fox that have gained a fairly robust following since the original’s debut in 2015.

They’re RPGs with timed hits and bullet hell-style dodging attack battles, where a major part of the appeal is not actually needing to kill anyone, and the largely charming and interesting cast makes that a difficult thing to want to do. It is an option though, and the series is very good about taking said options made by the player into account. Any interested parties new to the series would be jumping in at the mid-way point, since it is expected that Deltarune will be broken up into seven chapter, to be warned.

Deltarune 3+4, as well as the first two chapters, releases on the Switch, Switch 2, Steam, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 June 5th, 2025. For those of us that’ve been with the series since the original Undertale’s release in September 2025… this has been a long time coming.
