The video, according to the PlayStation Blog is over 40 minutes complete with new gameplay footage and updates. Don’t get your hopes up, though, there doesn’t appear to be any major PS5 reveals this time around.
This State of Play will squarely focus on the games coming out for the current-gen and PSVR. This means, on top of no reveals about PlayStation Studios‘ projects, as put by the blog: “There won’t be any updates around [PS5] hardware, business, preorders, or dates either.”
The 40+ minute event will be hosted on August 6 at 1 PM Pacific.
