Matt HillCelebrating one year of Another Crab’s Treasure, developer Aggro Crab have released a major new free update titled ‘Year of the Crab’, but what exactly does the update include?
For those unaware, Another Crab’s Treasure is a challenging Soulslike game, where players are put in the shoes Claws of a hermit crab named Kril as they embark on a quest to buy back their repossessed shell. The game has all the trappings of great Soulslike games, such as great bosses, tough enemies and absorbing combat.
The Year of the Crab update includes plenty of new content for players to sink their crustaceous claws into, including the addition of the much-requested New Game Plus mode, alongside a new Boss Rush mode for those seeking to fight again amongst previously fought bosses.
In addition, there are also new costumes and upgrades for Kril, as well as new encounters featuring new enemies and even a new boss for players to duel with. Add to that the inclusion of a Bestiary, which works much like an explorable museum filled with the enemies and bosses you encounter along your adventure.
