They'll take the 10, which is great. I may not even give it an actual score; it might just be an editorial or something.
I warned everyone earlier that certain sources will try to get attention by giving Uncharted 3 a lower-than-expected score. It's inevitable.
They're obviously desperate for hits/traffic. I underestimated the lengths some people would go to for money and 15 minutes in the spotlight.
Considering how much you hate anything linear, Alienange, I'm not sure why you even care.
Just don't play it. Get Elder Scrolls and be happy.
I'm pretty sure Arnold talked about the gameplay. He specifically talked about the improved and more fluid hand-to-hand combat mechanic. He also addressed shooting and mentioned hit detection is improved. Sounds like the gameplay is what you can expect, but more fluid, realistic, and reliable.
At least... that's what I got from reading his review.

Beamboom, this is why I'm convinced you only say things to stir the pot. That Eurogamer review was not well done, in the least.
Even their own regulars are getting frustrated with that site.

Hah, he knows exactly what hes doing, doesn't he? He reminds me of the kid who swaps the salt with the sugar and what-not. That why we love him though, right?
Honestly though Alien, if you didn't like the first two, don't bother with the third. It pains me to say that, it feels like taking candy from a baby sortof. :S

Well he might bug you, but he said that UC2 was the best Single player game he's ever played. I'm sure he has his reasons for whatever, but just so we are clear he bugs me too.

Yes & no. Are you seriously telling me that you wouldn't want a longer story mode in a 10/10 game like this? I'm not going to detract from the excellence of the game, but of course I want more time with the game.

I thought GT5 got a ten? Eh, maybe not I have short term memory. I remember the MGS4 review like it was yesterday though! I couldnt believe it, then I played the game! 😉
