It was playable on the show floor at E3, but it wasn't until today that
Bandai announced Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex for the PSP. Based on
the anime series by the manga artist and writer Masamune Shirow, this sci-fi
first-person shooter offers wireless multiplayer action for up to four-players,
including cooperative and competitive modes.
“Cutting edge technology is one of the main themes in the 'Ghost in the
Shell' series,” said Rika Maruya, Co-Producer of Bandai Games Inc. “We naturally
wanted to take advantage of the wireless capabilities of the PSP to truly
immerse gamers into an edgy, futuristic world of hackers and cybernetic
entities.’”
Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex is currently scheduled to be released
this summer. We've got an extensive preview of the game you can check out . If reading isn't your bag,
