Looks nice, but my racing desires are focused on GT5. Of course with the power-ups on this it's more arcade than GT5, but I burned myself out (no pun untended) on Burnout Paradise.
Hey Arnold, any chance of a review of Cross Edge from you or Ben?

I find the use of a simulator type physics system awesome though i don't like the banana peels and all that rubbish. Im down for a true street racer as long as it has a pretty serious handling physics set to it.
This is good because it is competition for GT5. Competition is good because it makes everyone try to make their products better.
I just got an M3 though so I'm not too bothered about driving games right now when that beast is parked outside my house. 😀
Good to see Arnold doing this preview
The images I've seen are fine. What will make or break this game is the gameplay. I'd like to see how they can pull off real physics with power ups and weapons. I'm intrigued…
I hope this is a good game, we'll see.
Looking forward to more details. I'm a fan of racing cars and if it's fun, I'm sold.
I think Split Second and this game are going to do battle. I don't think this will be any competition for GT5 IMO.
looking forward to it
