Ben-DutkaSony's Long Live Play campaign is about to unveil something big…what that something is, we have no idea.
But we won't have long to wait, as October 5 is the big day. Our only clue? The video below, which definitely asks more questions than it answers.
It shows a couple soldiers who appear to have come from serious combat; they enter a mysterious building, toss a coin at a mysterious woman, shelve their weapons, and walk through a mysterious door. We can't really make anything of this, but maybe you guys can come up with a few theories…
We see no Kevin Butler, but hasn't he returned to help push Long Live Play? Maybe he'll be part of the big unveiling, whatever it is. Sony hasn't handed out any concrete clues besides this teaser, but maybe it involves…nah. Just about any guess we make will likely be far off the mark.

i used firefox at first and it didnt show up. i used internet explorer and its there.
I'm using Firefox and it's fine.
Video wasn't showing up in Firefox for me neither – the entire video panel were gone, just text in the article. Had to switch to Chrome to see it.
Do you use the AdBlock plugin in Firefox, Nas and Frylock? My guess is that this video is somewhat different from the regular youtube clips, so adblock took it for a regular advertisement and therefore erased it from the page along with all other advertisement.

yes i do use the adblocker. i keep other browsers up to date just in case i want to use them but mostly use firefox.

Resistance – Soliders and some weapons on the wall, and yellow eyes in the beginning are chimera
Twisted Metal – Sweetooth van before the soldiers walk into the INN
Parappa the Rappa – Calender behind the woman
Ratchet and Clank – Ratchets wrench on the wall
MGS4 – MK2 behind the dogs.
Killzone – Weapons on the wall
Little BIg planet – blue orb in the dish
God of War – At the end of the trailer when the date appears, a man moves in the background, Its Kratos
Playstation Network – PSN symbol can be seen at the top of the desk at around 27 seconds.
Uncharted – Iconic parchute scene at the beginning of uncharted, the plane sounds like the one from uncharted when drake parachuted away.
Final Fantasy 13- Lighting's sword can be scene on the weapon wall. Its the very first one.

I might have seen the melee weapon weapon from inFamous in there as well, though I am not sure.

the new version of home Ben reported like a month ago. i thought it might have been up but he told me fall or something like that.

I agree I also think it is a plug for Home.
It could be the new redesign of home which is suppose to come out in the fall which falls with oct or it could be Sony own version of super smash bros, but imo thats a 10% chance of that. Either way as long as its something good and not to disappointing.

Cross game chat or the launch of PS Home.
Cross game chat will be in PS4 I believe, I remember a blog explaining how Cross game chat won't be added for PS3 for technical reasons.. The overhaul of PS Home sounds more plausible

I would be awesome if it was like a Super Smash Bros Playstation version but since people are pretty confident it just the Home thing then, meh.

they did say they would be announcing it soon, and the 5th is exactly 10 days till the JP version preorders open.
please dont let it be for home, that would be the biggest disappointment since they announced there replacing 8 days and the getaway 3 for eyepet!

Anyone else notice toward the end of the video you see a ghostly image of Kratos? Just before it cuts. I swear, look closely.

I think it going to something to do with a new Playstation's "Greatest Hit's" area that will also wind up going into Home's new re-vamp.
And the G.H. section will be either directly playable inside Home, or launched from there.
