Yeah, it may be a silly hypothesis but we're just so anxious to get The Last Guardian .
Andriasang reports that Team ICO is moving from the Sony Computer Entertainment Japan headquarters to Sony's main Shinagawa office. Studio boss Fumito Ueda updated his Twitter page with the following:
"Starting next week, TRICO's production base will move to Shinagawa. We're looking forward to a major reformation of our development environment as a video game studio that can take on the world."
It's that "major reformation" part that intrigues us…and concerns us. It seems obvious that Sony's move has nothing to do with the game or Team ICO; it's just a matter of relocation, but the way Ueda says it, the move will have a direct impact on his team. But that's a positive thing in his eyes; it might result in a "studio that can take on the world."
We trust you guys to take on anything. …but we still need The Last Guardian .

Maybe now Sony could keep an eye on Ueda so he quits slacking!
Kidding, but hopefully this does speed things along, or at least provides them with more resources to make a better product.
Team ICO please please please throw us a bone! some new footage, screens, news… anything. Last Guardian has been sitting unrivaled at the top of my most anticipated list for what seems like an eternity and I still know barely anything about it.
I'm gonna do a media blackout if i can with TLG cause i don't want to ruin any of the awesomeness before release day!
I don't see how the move can speed up things.
If anything, I'd think moving would just make things a lot more hectic, at least for the 1st couple months or so.
As least, it's always been that way whenever I moved & then I had to unbox & re-organize everything.
I'd say half the team moved already and set up the new office spaces while the other half continued development untill the last possible moment,1 or 2 days of packing/unpacking & then straight back to work for everybody!
Let me remind everyone that the reason that The Last Guardian is taking an unusually long amount of time to finish is not because of development problems. The reason for it is that Team ICO is being extremely and unusually meticulous about it. Usually a number of things are all getting worked on at the same time. But Team ICO is doing everything one at a time and focusing heavily on each individual task. The end result is guaranteed to be noteworthy. And Sony is obviously giving them all the time they need. They are not under any pressure to meet a deadline. This game is definitely something to look forward to.

We can but hope. Even so it doesn't matter. This is one game that can take all the time it needs. It's almost assured of being a gem.
Nice. Getting new offices is usually a good sign for the future.`
eh, whatever gets me the ICO collection quicker!
