Okay, maybe that's unfair but it seems like the correct interpretation of Atlus' latest promotional trailer for Catherine . It's dubbed simply "Catherine or Katherine?" and clearly shows Vincent's dilemma: the familiar, steady, family-oriented girlfriend or the fresh, new, lusty mistress?
Yeah, that's a tough one. As the press release states, Vincent was plenty content before Catherine came along; the new girl turned things into a nightmare…literally. Catherine is slated to hit store shelves on July 26 and has the distinction of receiving the "Most Valuable Game" award at E3 2011 from the Official Xbox Magazine.
Oh, and by the way, the gameplay is about puzzle-solving. We know that often gets lost in the cleavage…er…shuffle.

Don't know that I am really that interested in this game, but the weirdest thing is that my girlfriend's name is Cathryn (not the same spelling but weird) and my overly flirty study partner from last semester was named Kat.

Seems like a qwuirky game, I hope the UK gets the Pizza box special edition 😛
It's too bad this is a box-puzzler, could have been a sweet RPG. I'll probably wait for this one to drop but I'm glad this didn't stay in Japan. We need more weirdo games and more anime games and more sexy fun time games.
I don't know how RPG elements would suit a storyline like this. I think puzzle is an appropriate genre (that or something like Heavy Rain), but I'm with you on the box thing.
Puzzlers aren't necessarily my strongest genre, but I seriously can't wait for July 26th because the story looks interesting. What a problem to have…I think I heard Katherine say I'm pregnant…I can relate to that dilemma. Poor, poor Vincent.

The likeliness of picking this game is increasing more and more, the Persona team keeps on giving!
I can't wait for Persona 5 too :), one of the true bright spots of turn-based gaming.
This game looks like a good time compared to the bland western developed stuff these days. A game like this can sit on my shelf instead of an EA sports game or COD. Personally, I like to encourage creativity in the stale game market with day one purchases.
