Ben-DutkaIt's one of the greatest games of all time, but Naughty Dog isn't happy with that honor.
In speaking to Eurogamer TV , studio designer Jacob Minkoff said that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves was a "once in a lifetime experience" and that the game was a "genre-defining product." Of course, now they have to find a way to top that accomplishment with Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and while some teams might be intimidated, Naughty Dog is pulling no punches. In fact, they plan to insure the third installment "outdoes UC2 in every way possible," which is a ridiculously tall order, but we won't question this developer's ability. Best of all, it seems we can expect something very special at E3 this year:
"We'll have a lot of really exciting stuff to show people at E3. I'm not really allowed to say more about where we are but, trust me, we're going to blow you away at E3."
There's almost no doubt that Uncharted 3 will be the class of the show, and yes, we're including all the other great games that will be in attendance. For some reason, Naughty Dog just always seems to be a step ahead…
