So anyway, they're making another one.
They've made four but as each one keeps making people money, a fifth was perhaps inevitable. "Resident Evil 5" has been confirmed for a September 14, 2012 release date. Unsurprisingly, it'll be available in 3D and although many thought they'd stop after each installment, the series continues to push forward. Besides, the fourth film – "Resident Evil: Afterlife" – scored big at the foreign box office, raking in over $236 million, which is nearly two and a half times the haul of "Extinction" and almost as much as the first three movies combined. "Afterlife" wasn't so hot in this country, generating just over $60 million, but it was still over the $50.6 million tallied by "Extinction." "Resident Evil 5" Will be here only two years after the previous entry, and that's the shortest wait yet for franchise fans.
Well, whatever. When are we going to hear about RE6, Capcom?
