If you formed one talented studio, chances are, you can form another.
Perhaps this is the thought process behind the following: two of the original founders of Guerrilla Games have announced they'll be forming their own design studio, Vanguard Entertainment Group. Martin de Ronde left Guerrilla back in 2006, and he'll be the chief commercial officer, while Michiel Mol, who left in 2005, will act as the prime strategy adviser. Vanguard will combine its online game production company, Karami, with W! Games, the developer of the well-received downloadable title, Greed Corp. We don't know exactly what Vanguard will be working on, but one is definitely an "original IP that will adapt the fundamental mechanics of the online PC game model to consoles and other premium gaming platforms." Basically, they'll be trying to bring many of the social networking elements of PC gaming into the console realm. "We feel both these market segments will be rapidly converging over the coming years, rather than competing with each other," said de Ronde.
Well, we'll have to wait and see about that project. In the meantime, we'll remain excited for Killzone 3 .
Are they hiring already? Because I know some guys who are great with gray and red color palettes.
Hair dye gone wrong?
KILLZONE3 cant come soon enough! PS Move Tomorrow!!
As with Bungie,Dave Jaffe, Shinji Mikiami and to name a few, I don't give these guys any wrong for leaving Guerrilla in favor of a new venture because its obvious they did not want to be a part of the "machine/factory" culture that ruin so many game developers these days.

Sounds like they might be a decent multiplat company.
We can only hope… for one
I always like seeing people move up and get real jobs. Good for them.
Sounds kind of innovative. I wish them the best of luck and look forward to seeing what their new project is.
they wont disappoint
I wish them all the luck they can handle, and then some!
Okay, but I'm not a fan of that description of their plans. Sounds kinda dinky. Gimme a real game Vanguard!
Peace.
shame these guys said there only doing online games.
