Gran Turismo 5: Prologue came out quite some time ago, so you might be wondering if you'll see a significant graphical upgrade when you finally pop Gran Turismo 5 into your PlayStation 3.
Well, according to the latest bit of info and media provided by GTPlanet , the differences can already be seen in a recent GT Academy 2010 build. The screenshots clearly show rougher and more defined grass, tire ruts, and even individual pieces of vegetation like dandelions and weeds. The surface of the track also appears sharper and clearer with more detail from tire tracks, and that addition of flying debris will certainly make things feel even more realistic. The site provides you with a few more examples of the upgraded visuals and hopefully, we'll be able to see such examples in actual video at some point in the near future. Sometimes, it's difficult to believe Polyphony can continue to make the visuals even more impressive than they already are, but whenever we see the latest, we're once again blown away. And besides, we really don't want to get GT5 and say, "damn, this isn't any different or any better than freakin' Prologue , which released years ago!" We know the developers haven't been sitting on their laurels – the recent delay has supposedly been attributed to adding in 3D compatibility plus a few other options, like that nifty GPS feature – but even so, we still like to see progress. Doesn't everyone?
The most recent evidence says GT5 will likely release this fall or at the latest, just in time for the holidays. However, until we hear something concrete, it's all nothing more than rumor.

Wow, they're actually trying to make other things looks real, too. Maybe they'll try making the people in it look better as well, lol.
