Here's another one: it seems 2K Marin is hiring for a brand new game, currently unannounced and in addition to their already impressive slate of titles in development. The evidence is a new job listing over at 2K's website; it's for the position of Multiplayer Systems Designer. This person will be working on an "unannounced project" and the requirements are fairly steep, so you had best have some solid experience in the industry. They want you to have over three years of game development experience, at least one shipped multiplayer title to your name, and "an exhaustive knowledge of competitive multiplayer products and industry trends." Not surprisingly, you should also be familiar with both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. Obviously, this looks to be either a multiplayer-only game like Warhawk or MAG or a title that needs a really robust multiplayer option. It could also only be coming as a digital download with the mention of XBL and the PSN but at the very least, it'll be multiplatform. We have all the confidence in the world in 2K Marin so we'll be keeping a sharp eye out for whatever this game turns out to be…
Bioshock 2 , if you need to be reminded, hits store shelves on February 9 and that should prove 2K's excellent ability to produce awesome experiences.
If it's online multiplat then PS3 users are gonna be hurt most.
Why? It's 2K.
The multiplayer bandwagon just keeps on rolling.
I hear Gabe Newell is looking for a job. He would certainly fit the bill, but would he fit through the 2K doors?

wait till RAGE comes out that will give every game a run for its money.
only game that can run with that is crysis 2 if its not gimped by coming to consoles (if it is crytek better start running!) or half life 2 epp 3.
but thats if half life 2 epp 3 ever comes out.
O and maybe DNF but than thats also if that ever comes out.
O and doom 4 but thats not going to be out for a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG! time 🙁
