The ESRB needs time to properly rate any given production, which is why they often have access to a new game long before it ever hits the hype train. But it isn't often we catch one that we've never even heard of…
As located by PlayStation LifeStyle , the ESRB has issued their description for a game called Anarchy: Rush Hour , which includes "realistic-collision physics-intense crashes and loud explosions." The game earned a "T"-Teen rating for Drug Reference, Mild Language, Mild Violence and Suggestive Themes, which indicates that despite the intensity of the action, it's more cartoon-y than graphic. But perhaps the most interesting part is that as of now, this game is only listed for the PS3, which obviously hints at exclusivity. Of course, we don't know if it's set for a standard Blu-Ray release or if it's a downloadable title for the PSN; either way, we certainly want to learn more about it. Here's the full description from the ESRB:
"This is a racing game in which players drive sports cars through the streets of Moscow. Massive traffic accidents are common in this game as players can damage and destroy opponents’ cars at will. In the demolition-style events (e.g., 'Deathmatch'), players can slam into other drivers at high speeds, resulting in realistic-collision physics—intense crashes, loud explosions. An underlying storyline is presented in comic-book-style panels. These images sometimes include brief instances of violence: a woman is kidnapped by two men and thrown into a vehicle; a woman holds a knife to a man’s throat; a car explodes with a character inside. The panels also depict a handful of suggestive images: a woman’s nipples protrude through her shirt as she poses suggestively on the hood of a car; a woman in tight hot pants examines a car’s engine—her buttocks is prominently featured. The dialogue contains the expletives 'bastard' and 'damn,' as well as a minor drug reference (e.g., 'I saw the underworld with its violence, blood, and drugs')."
The developer is Gaijin Entertainment, which was responsible for the very solid IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey and that could be a good sign. For now, we can only speculate as to what Anarchy: Rush Hour actually is, but if it's a PS3 exclusive, it's likely to turn some heads.
FFVII!
That's what I thought when I saw this. If they did do a remake imagine that… they keep it under wraps until its gold.

"her buttocks is prominently featured"
Best. Sentence. Ever.
with a STICK!
A Stick!
haha sound like a mix between twisted metal and that other psn title that santa monica also did.
Violence, blood, drugs, and a woman's nipples protuding prominently from her shirt; sounds interesting…Hehe. But then again, the word "exclusive" is even more enticing.
Everyone should make at least one exclusive game for the PS3. That way it will help them lean and develop tools for creating games which make the most of what the PS3 has to offer, without anything holding it back.
in a ideal world, yea that would be great.
but theres no such thing as a ideal world, so doing that can only result in one thing.
bankruptcy.
DAM!
i was preying for a new twisted metal, or syphon filter on ps3.
from what ive been told sony bend are working on that.
they finished working on their last game resistance retribution last year no?
so they would be at least 1 year into development by now.
oh well hopefully this will be one of E3s announcements.
if its not im gona go ape sh*t!
3 best games available on PS1 were syphon filter games.
3 best games available on PSP were made by sony bend.
does not take a rocket scientist to put 2 and 2 together.
Rush Hour is it the one that came out for Dreamcast or was that different.
There was talk of Sega bringing hit Dreamcast titles to PSN (presumably in some kind of HD form) but I don't think this is that.
What about that secret game Ben has been talking about?
Or did I miss something?
yea i remember tht too…i dont remember hearing the title of it yet tho
Oh great, another game we seen many times already?
this is about the third clue we get for a new Twisted Metal.
but there's no prominently featured buttocks or protruding nipples in twisted metal! i hope…
