It's the Red Queen and yes, it's an authentic replica (although you won't be hewing off tree branches due to its false-edged blade). It measures 42" in length and nearly 32 of those inches are all blade; the rest features a genuine red leather-wrapped grip, and each one of these collectibles includes a hanging display plaque, too. Your sword will have its very own serial number to complete the image, so if you're a big DMC fan or you've always wanted to start your own sword collection, here's your chance. The price comes in at a hefty $229.95 but if you're unfamiliar with true sword collecting, I'm here to tell you that only "decent" pieces can run you around $1,000. Of course, those blades are usually functional while this sword is purely for decorative purposes but even so, it looks like a very sweet item to have propped against your wall. There are plenty of video game memorabilia pieces to collect and if you've got the requisite motivation (and the cash), you can proudly proclaim to have the very sword you used in the DMC virtual realm.
We're also looking for any news of a new Devil May Cry entry. Capcom hasn't mentioned anything just yet and in all honesty, I'm getting a little antsy. I keep thinking we should've heard something by now…

Yes there are keyblade replicas out there. I know I've seen Soras' blade and the Oblivion out there. There's also a nice keyblade keychain set out there with 8 different ones in it.
Squall's 3rd rank Gunblade (Twin Judgement, I think it was called?) beats all other swords.

Cheapest I found it was about a month ago for around $180. I'm still happy with my replica of Sephiroths' Masamune sword that I found for just under $100 cheaper.
DMC4 still remains, to me, the very best Hack and Slash action this generation.
230 bucks just to show for decoration not worth it
It's better than the $500+ people are spending on the Treasure Hunter edition of Uncharted 2 that comes with a dagger that's also for decoration. Especially when you can get a real Phurba dagger for less than that.

last time i checked the fortune hunter edition, the one that was won at the cinema event was going for 3200.
if it was 500 i would of bid on it myself.
something signed by ND themselves is worth much more than 500 bucks.
Check ebay then. They're a lot cheaper now than they were when it came out lol.

ive been really tempted by those blades of chaos replicas, but sadly they wont ship to AU 🙁

Yeah Ben it does feel like we should've heard about a new DMC entry by now… I had let it go because I couldn't think of where the story could go after this, unless they begin telling the story of Sparda and make him the primary focus and character I don't think they've got much else to tell about that DMC universe ^_^
