PlayStation Store Gets New Additions Today

It was up and running the day before launch, complete with playable demos, a couple full downloadable arcade titles, and both game and movie trailers. Now, Sony is making their latest batch of three new updates available today, December 7.

First up is a name we'll all recognize; Lemmings 2 , which will boast 1080p visuals and 40 fresh new levels. It's set to retail for $5.99 and should only take up 270MB of hard drive space, which is pretty reasonable.

Go! Sudoku 2 is next on the list, but it will work with a changing price tag, depending on how far you go. Initially, it's a free download, but every new level you download after the first will cost an additional $2.99. There are four difficulty levels (Easy, Mild, Difficult, and Fiendish), and they all provide a grand total of 1000 different stages. The addictive puzzler supports up to four players, and the base file will take up 86MB with each additional level taking up another 100MB.

The final update is a playable demo of Genji: Days of the Blade …although you may not be as interested once you've read our review.
