As SCEA Product Marketing Specialist David Bull posted up over at the PlayStation blog , there's a whole horde of extra MotorStorm: Pacific Rift DLC coming your way…and it's free . It all starts tomorrow with the first of eight livery packs; each to be delivered on a weekly basis and each boasting new paint jobs for three vehicles. At the end of these upcoming eight weeks, you will have hot new skins for every last vehicle in the game, thereby transforming the entire cosmetic appeal of Pacific Rift . Bad-ass, right? What are Microbadges? Well, they're "in-game displayable 'medals' which let you flaunt your proudest personal accomplishments and your off-road racing prowess to every other racer online." Hmm. I think I may have to break this out again and play it some. I have been playing Pure lately but intended to get back to MS:PR at some point.
Must break down and finally buy this game some day………..

O man Ben… this opening reminded me so bad about my hatred for this one professor I had this past semester.
Every class she would tell us to raise our hands if we liked… (weather, extra credit) basically treating us like we were 4

I'm not one to complain about free DLC, but that's the best they have to offer?
How about some tracks? Or some new cars?

Sweet… I'm still having a lot of fun with MS:PR! So this extra content will be awesome and the fact that it's free makes it even more worth while. Wish all companies should make DLC free as we already paid for the game at full price. Maybe Sony must make a deal and get all Exclusive games free DLC. Would be another small thing we can use to drill a shaft up M$ a**….
That Sugar Rush shortcut doesn't bother me all that much if you get your angle right around the turn (not using the shortcut) you'll get that ramp on the right. So it basically works even better. But you have to get it at the right angle and speed otherwise you wipe out.
