Over at the official PlayStation blog , Buser has revealed that his team will be expanding the closed beta test for Home, and this expansion kicks off "at the end of the month." Do you want a spot in the beta? Well, here's all you need to do: the PlayStation Store should now be updated with a special PlayStation Home theme – pictured here – and if you download it, you're officially in the running. If you want to up your chances, simply be active on the PS3, as Buser says one of the criteria they'll look at is "activity on the PlayStation Network." Obviously, if you're already part of the beta testing, you'll automatically be part of this expansion. Europe will also expand their closed beta test as well, and again, they'll be "targeting consumers who have been most active on PlayStation Network and PlayStation Store."
Okay, so now you know. You've got a shot at getting in if you simply download the Home theme and then go crazy on the Network. Boot up your favorite online game or something, and then play a lot over the next few weeks. That oughta do it. Good luck!
