Echochrome To Receive Free User-Generated Content

If you've taken the time to purchase and play echochrome , the mind-busting little title that also proves to be mighty addicting (like any good puzzle game), you probably haven't completed all 56 levels just yet. Yeah, that might take a while. But just in case you want more; don't worry, you're gonna get 'em.

According to a post over at the official PlayStation blog, associate producer of the game, Kumi Yuasa, has revealed that there will be future updates on the Store that include "hand-picked user-generated content" chosen by the developers. Perhaps best of all, this extra content will pop up on a consistent basis, and it'll be free . However, there is a small caveat: once a set of new levels goes up for downloading, it will only be there until the next batch is ready. When the next batch is done, it will replace the preceding set of levels. We're not the biggest fans of this idea, but then again, if these updates come quickly, it probably won't matter much. Just about every time we look online, there will be a new set of levels to try!

If you're interested in trying your hand at some level design for echochrome , then visit the PlayStation blog and read up on the process. If yours is good enough, it might just show up for free download on the Store!
