It seems that Sony is getting bundle-happy all over the world. After announcing the Metal Gear Solid 4 PlayStation 3 bundle a few days ago, it has now come to light that two more bundle deals will soon be arriving for our European friends.
According to Euro gaming site Game Class, these bundles will be hitting store shelves next month. First up is what's known as the Movie Pack, which boasts Blu-Ray copies of "300," "Spider-Man 3" and "Casino Royale." Next is the Gran Turismo 5: Prologue Pack, which of course includes the upcoming demo-on-steroids (package pictured here). Both of these splendid purchasing options feature the 40GB PS3 and will cost 399€, which isn't a bad deal at all. However, we'd like to point out that the cost of Prologue isn't much higher than the cost of one Blu-Ray disc, so on the surface, it appears the Movie Pack is the better buy in this instance. But even so, movies are movies. We gamers want to play , and what better way to do that in March than with Prologue ?
No word on whether or not these bundles will ever make their way to the US, but it seems unlikely. Most all hardware package deals for the PS3 in Europe have remained exclusive to that region, although other places have seen altered versions of those bundles. Anyway, these are two more options for prospective PS3 owners across the pond.
