At first, the popular rumor-starting site said we could expect to see Killzone 2 , Gears of War 2 , MotorStorm 2 , Too Human , InFamous and Alan Wake at the Game Developers Conference this month. The rumor also said we "might" see Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots , WipeOut HD and SOCOM PS3.
However, some of that has since been retracted, and the clarified rumors explain the following- to start, we really should see the finalized Final Fantasy XIII engine (the White Engine), which will be on display in tutorial form. We'll also get to see Star Wars: The Force Unleashed , Far Cry 2 and the destructible environment in Mercenaries 2: World in Flames . Speaking of engines, the developers should present a walkthrough of the Frostbite engine we'll find in Battlefield: Bad Company , which ought to be fairly interesting. Lastly but perhaps most exciting is the chance that we'll get a glimpse of the first live footage of Resistance 2 , which we've been hearing about for a few days now. Insomniac might be ready!
