Namco Bandai Confirms Eternal Sonata PS3

Namco Bandai might've slipped and told everyone about Eternal Sonata coming to the PS3, but without the official announcement, we wouldn't believe it was coming. Well, that announcement is finally here, and PS3 owners will get a chance to play this unique and engaging RPG.

Namco Bandai will be unveiling the PS3 version of this game, known as Trusty Bell Chopan no Yume in Japan, at their Tokyo Game Show booth next week. It will only be in video form, but hey, at least it exists, right? The final product is scheduled for a release some time next year, which would be a good time for the PS3 to start seeing some quality role-playing titles. While we wait for the likes of Square-Enix's The Last Remnant and Final Fantasy XIII , Eternal Sonata could be perfect for passing the time, so we'll keep an eye on it.

By the way, Namco Bandai will also have a playable demo of Time Crisis 4 and a new video for Soul Calibur IV at TGS 2007. But for RPG fans and PS3 owners, they already have their big Namco news for the show.
