Arnold-KatayevIt's sort of shocking and not very shocking seeing as how E3 is right here. A weekly from Circuit City has leaked online, and the CheapAssGamer forum seems to have discovered. And what you can clearly see is that the PS3's 60GB price has been dropped by $100 to $499. Whether or not this is solely Circuit City's doing isn't clear, but we're going to say that it's highly unlikely that Circuit City is alone in this. With E3 looming in a few days, this news isn't out of the ordinary.
Stay posted to see if other retailers follow suit in the upcoming days, the price-drop should officially go into effect July 15th. But again…., if this is solely Circuit City's doing, then expect it to be over with on the 21st. We'll bring you more as it comes our way.
