You know what's awesome? $0.99 games.
There's a new Flash Sale on the PlayStation Store and it'll run until Monday, July 14 at 12 p.m. PST. There are 20 games available and each one only costs a buck, so check out the list over at the PlayStation Blog .
Many of the games are for the PS3, PSP or Vita, and some will work on all three. We've got classics like Dino Crisis , Legend of Dragoon , Syphon Filter and Tekken 2 , along with more recent – and critically acclaimed – games such as Machinarium , The Cave , Double Dragon Neon , and Papo & Yo . Bottom line? If you can't find at least a couple games on here you want to play, you're no gamer.
Okay, that was a little harsh, but you get the point. Take advantage while you can!
This was weird, I clicked on the flash sale today to see the .99c games but it just opened a list of normal expensive games. Nothing for .99c
After checking the list online I have many but I might grab Virtua Fighter 2 for memories. I really wish I could afford a Saturn plus the game but for now this might have to do.
neat. I really wish Namco would've released Tekken 3 to PSN. It was one of the very best games from the PSX era. Definitely the best fighting game for that matter. I think it holds a 95+ rating from Gamerankings.
I wonder if there's some licensing or performance issue that's keeping the game from coming over.
I'm eyeballing Dragoon, Toe Jam, and Twisted Metal Black right now
EDIT: scratch that. Tekken 3 is thee all time highest ranked PSX game on gamerankings.

Guessing you already have virtua fighter 2?
HEEEEeeeeeck YES I do!
Get it! Crank it too!
I just played some TM Black. Man that game was so awesome. Yes, the graphics are horribly dated (but they are 60fps!) and the complicated control scheme takes some adjustment (works wonderful once past the learning curve) But it's the presentation of it all and the tone that is so unforgettable. The music too is just excellent. I revisited Resistance 2 the other day and if there's one thing really lacking there it's the empty soundtrack (other than the ridiculous amount of cheap deaths and trial and error exercises). But here I am playing TM Black and the music is just so befitting and impressively composed that it really adds to the experience. The story intros for the characters are dang awesome also. It's well worth a look for .99c
EDIT: I need to check out the PS3 version of TM because I sorta wrote it off because I was too anal about it not being impressive enough in teh graphics department

I hope you get Wolfenstein man, it has one of the best campaigns and does some cool things with soundtracks.

I can't even sign into PSN anymore, haven't been able too for months. Missed out on free Uncharted 3 because of this problem.
Did you call sony about the issue? Have you tried logging into the psn online store?
Should have clarified, can't sign in on my PS3, signing in on my PC works just fine. It looks like there's a signal crossed in my PS3 preventing me from signing in.
im pissed too about the Uncharted 3 thing. I offloaded my physical copy thinking I had the digital single player game from PSN. as it turns out that content is an "add-on" pack, presumably to the F2P multiplayer (can't tell, but I didn't have it downloaded) which just dishes out connection errors on PSN from the online store when I try to get it.

touchyourtoes
For future reference you are able to buy games (or grab the free games) from your PC. It's just a little awkward in the process and they don't really advertise the ability.
been wanting legend of dragoon for forever, seems now is the time buy.
well if tony hawks pro skater comething or crash something then i don't want anything but maybe a god of war psp on the vita might interest me.
happy gaming
I've owned Legend of Dragoon since it was added to PSN. I have it installed on my PS3 but what I'm really waiting for is it to be available on the vita
awesome avatar friend. Legend of Dragoon should play just fine on your vita shouldn't it?

i think it said it was a Vita title also when I snagged it
So far all my PS1 digital games work on Vita, I have Dragoon but haven't tried that one yet.
The Cave you say? I still have Machinarium on the Vita card from last year when PS+ had it up for free.
Since I already own the physical copies of the PS1 games mentioned, I picked up Double Dragon Neon.
