Ben-DutkaDeep Silver is going Dead Island crazy this year.
The anticipated sequel, Dead Island 2 , was announced during E3, and we also learned about the MOBA title, Dead Island: Epidemic . But they're not done:
Escape Dead Island has been confirmed, and it's due out later this year. It'll only be on last-gen platforms, though, as the title will be available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC for the relatively budget price of $39.99.
This one is more of a survival/stealth adventure, as there's less of an emphasis on combat and no multiplayer. Your hero is not immune to the zombie virus (which ought to be interesting), and you'll have to somehow face off against special zombies and even bosses. The game will also feature a traditional Zelda -esque adventure, in that you will find various tools that will let you access previously inaccessible areas.
This will obviously be the most…ponderous Dead Island yet and to be perfectly frank, it's the one that interests me the most.

Looks amazing. Like they are mixing Walking Dead and Resident Evil from the old days.
I was about to say that World. It's got a more classic Resident Evil feel to it. Count me interested.
