Another year, another Madden .
Electronic Arts has announced that Madden NFL 15 will launch on August 26 in North America and three days later in Europe. It will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
You can check out the first official trailer, featuring Carolina Panthers linebacker and Defensive Player of the Year Luke Kuechly, below.
The new entry is reported to feature the "most immersive defensive gameplay control in franchise history." Just like the new Super Bowl Champion Seattle Seahawks, who used their suffocating defense to secure the title, you too can win championships by building a fantastic defense. Fans will also experience a brand new broadcast presentation, all-new camera angles, along with dynamic pre-game and halftime features.
Oh, and once again, EA is teaming up with ESPN to give fans the chance to vote for this year's cover athlete. Who do you think will land on the cover this year? Nice to see the curse is basically over…or is it?

last year's madden was so unremarkable that for the first time I actually traded it in a week later. So I'm going to give this series a rest for a few years unless this game scores 9's and 10's across the board.

I played the hell out of Madden 12 and I tried Madden 25 to check out the features they added and wasn't really impress with it.
