So, who wins this year's Stanley Cup?
If the simulation run with NHL 14 is correct, it's the Boston Bruins, who have had a tremendous season. Electronic Arts ran the championship contest with AI competitors, and Boston took down the San Jose Sharks in six games.
The Bruins made it to the Finals by outlasting the New York Rangers in a thrilling seven-game series; Boston's Patrice Bergeron ended it with a goal five minutes into overtime during game seven. The results in question take the following into consideration: player ratings, line combinations, and variances like injuries and hot streaks. This particular playoff simulation had it all, including the Colorado Avalanche upsetting the Chicago Blackhawks in another tight Game 7 match-up.
The Blackhawks took home the Stanley Cup last year and they've once again got a hell of a team. But if NHL 14 is right, it's Boston's turn this year.

……………………aannnnnnnnnnnnnd I don't care!
They gotta get through my Red Wings first! And I laughed a little when they put the Sharks in the finals. Good team, but perennial chokers.
As a Sabres fan I really really hope not. I'm hoping for St. Louis, the Avs or the Blackhawks.
"LETS GO FLYERS"
Love the Flyers! My brother lives in Philly. Fun team to watch. So unpredictable though.
But I'll be rooting for the hometown team this year – Go Wild! (Yes – I hate that team name. So stupid)
Boston will fall in the first round.
Go Leafs Go! Aaah, forget it. I'm cheering on Iginla! Not his Bruins. Blues, Hawks, and Avs as well.
The Wings are gonna take down Boston in 6 games.
