Thought you'd seen the last of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale ?
Think again. Sony has revealed a huge update for the quality brawler, and it's designed specifically to adjust the game's balancing.
This patch implements over 100 balance tweaks across the entire playable roster, and those fixes include everything from frame adjustments to major gameplay improvements. Examples: The grapple mechanic has been overhauled, players can manually disengage timed super moves now, and double-jumps can't be chained off certain attacks and recovery animations. The update also unlocks alternate costumes for add-on characters Isaac and Zeus.
So, this is reason enough to dust off the game, right?

The six people that bought it must be stoked.
I thought this was a fun game but are people still playing this? I mean I guess enough people are to warrant resources for a big patch.
seriously, is there anyone still playing this?
$ony putting out a game like this makes about as much business sense as nintendo putting out a GOW competitor!
but we all know how popular SSB is, so if you copy it you will be just as popular.
right?
right……………?
Still no Crash Bandicoot. Had the game started with the right roster it wouldn't have been such a flop.
Think most ppl that played this were on vita
I haven't played solo much yet, but I've played it more so with my nephews. I plan on finishing it with every character, as well as obtain all trophies and playing more online; glad I got it and not bad at all for $10-$20 plus tax. 🙂
