Battlefield 4 China Rising DLC Dated

If you're picking up Battlefield 4 today, you're probably interested in all the scheduled downloadable content.

The first is Second Assault, which will be a timed exclusive for the Xbox One when it launches in North America on November 22. This pack simply updates Battlefield 3 maps – Caspian Border, Gulf of Oman, Operation Firestorm and Operation Metro – for the new sequel.

That doesn't have a release date for other platforms, but we do have a date (and hopefully, it isn't just for the Xbox One) for the second DLC add-on, China Rising. As reported by VideoGamer , the second round of DLC should release on December 3. That date is mentioned during the in-game BF4 Premium Content calendar; if you're not a Premium member, you'll have to wait a couple weeks before you can grab China Rising. Better sign up!

China Rising was also a pre-order incentive for certain retailers. As for other DLC, there will be Naval Strike, Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand, bringing the grand total to five expansion packs for EA's anticipated new shooter. The PS3, Xbox 360 and PC versions are available now; the PS4 and Xbox One iterations are launch titles for each system.

The DLC should be on PC first, then consoles. PC has the larger fanbase for BF so EA should have taken that into consideration.

How exactly does PC cut a cheque to EA for timed exclusivity?
