Fuse really has a ton of promise, and it'll be ready to go at the end of the month.
But if you're not yet convinced, you can always try out the demo. That's what demos are for , right? I've never considered them to be opportunities to play a great game early; I've always thought of demos as tools. You know, if you're on the fence, it can help you settle on a purchase decision.
So after playing Insomniac's latest on May 7, you can either go "yay or nay." The playable sample will hit the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live on that date, and you'll be able to test out the four-player co-op and two-player local split-screen features. It's obviously a game designed to be played with others, so if you're looking for a fantastic single-player experience (ala Resistance ), this might not be for you. But who knows? Maybe the ally AI is good enough to make a solo play-through lotsa fun. One can hope, anyway.
Fuse drops on May 28.

I might play it for kicks, though I almost don't trust myself because I've already been badmouthing it for a few months now lol
In any case, if you lack Resistance 3 you can nab it for $10 at Best Buy today and tomorrow. I'm picking up my copy today. I did play through it on a friend's copy and I deem it worthy of the collection especially for chump change.
well it's hard to be excited for a new ip that looks neither better than Resistence or Ratchet and it looks to embody every shooter stereotype we've been bombarded with this gen, complete with a heavy emphasis on multiplay.
amen
I'm guessing a it'll be PS+ 'free' within a year's time.
=p

Will it be better than Brute Force?
Good God, let's hope.
That game looks awesome.
</sarcasm>
Single player ??? nah look like a game that can only be enjoyed with friends .Average/mediocre to average/good with friends a la Army of two .
bit late to be doing a demo, only 2 weeks before the game releases.
wish developers would go back to the way this generation started where 99% of games got demos, and every one of them was over a month before release!
kinda pointless letting me play the demo to decide if i want to preorder a game or not when said game has sold out of preorders……..
