From such minds have sprung the likes of Maniac Mansion and Psychonauts and now, Gilbert and Double Fine are bringing you The Cave , which should be catnip to old-school adventurers who will appreciate such well-designed puzzles and off-the-wall humor. This is the evolution of the adventure genre!
Today, Sega of America, Inc. in a partnership with Double Fine, has announced that The Cave will land on the PlayStation Network and Nintendo eShop on Wii U on January 22; it'll hold a $14.99 price tag. The game will hit Xbox Live (where it will go for 1,200 Microsoft Points) and Steam a day later.
