If you're still playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 , you'll need to know about the final round of downloadable content.
Today, Activision has revealed the dates for the last few DLC packs; the last one hits on September 6, although that's only for Xbox 360 owners due to Activision's timed exclusivity deal with Microsoft.
The Chaos Pack becomes available next week on August 9 and the Final Assault DLC will hit on Sepetember 6. Both will debut on the Xbox Live service and both will feature the now-standard price tag of $14.99. If you happen to be a Call of Duty Elite member, you can grab the Chaos Pack a little early. As for when these packs will be available for PS3 and PC owners, the publisher would only say "shortly after" they drop for the XBLA, so for now, you'll have to be content with that relatively vague detail.
The Chaos Pack adds new Special Ops missions (Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light 'Em Up, and Special Delivery), as well as new Face Off maps (Vortex, U-Turn, and Intersection). The Final Assault DLC will feature new maps Boardwalk, Offshore, Decommission, and Parish, and is specifically designed for the "hardcore multiplayer fans," whatever that means. So, who's ready for Black Ops II now?

Yay!!! You're all getting this, right!?
XD
HELL YEAH BRO, 1ST DAY DL!!!!!
So..they make DLC and release the last piece 2 months before the new CoD…sounds like a money grab to me…
There is a stack of demand, although I'd prefer biennial releases rather than having to buy a new game each year (not that I do that personally ;)). Still, Activision doesn't mind money.
I really hate the fact xbox gets the maps first – but i just cant abide all the incredibly annoying Kids and teenagers on xbox live – so ill wait
