Expansions are great for the fans. This one will undoubtedly be more exciting when we get the official details, but this will suffice for now.
According to Kotaku , Sony's Hong Kong website has – perhaps prematurely – revealed new downloadable content for BioWare's epic Mass Effect 3 : The Rebellion pack.
No, this has nothing to do with the "extended ending" DLC players are waiting on; this is a separate piece of extra content for the game's multiplayer component, which is nevertheless good news. The description is as follows:
"The Rebellion Multiplayer Expansion opens two new fronts against the Reapers: Firebase Jade's jungle reservoir and Firebase Goddess on Thessia. In-game reinforcement packs now include three new weapons as well as equipment, consumables, and six new classes: Quarian Engineer and Infiltrator, Vorcha Soldier and Sentinel, Phoenix Adept and Vanguard. The battle continues – hold the line!"
Apparently, this is already out in Asia, or at least the news said it was. No word from BioWare or EA as to when Rebellion will arrive in North America, but we're hoping it's soon. In truth, though, we're far more interested to see what the team prepares for all the whiners who had issues with the campaign endings. …oh calm down, I'm only kidding. Half-kidding, but still.
