We'll never see a true Final Fantasy Tactics sequel, and the days of traditional turn-based RPG glory are gone.
But what if we combined that which we've lost? What if a game existed that featured combat like a strategy/RPG and a world to explore that distinctly reminds one of Grandia ?
Enter Rainbow Moon , officially dubbed a strategy/RPG that is both colorful and extremely appealing to those who remember the PS1 days with a particular fondness. You may have been following the game's development when updates were posted at the PlayStation Blog (or here at PSXE), and now it's time to announce that the throwback title has gone gold. It'll be here in just a few weeks time and to celebrate, here's a new trailer.
We won't get Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch this year, and although Rainbow Moon features Disgaea -like gameplay, the traditional setting should tide you over. We can't wait to try it!
