THQ has announced a standalone expansion for Saints Row: The Third : It's called Enter the Dominatrix, and it'll give players superpowers in an already over-the-top universe.
The Third Street Saints have been targeted by aliens – yes, really – who are seeking to take down the Saints leader, because they believe he alone stands in their way. So the aliens kidnap this leader and imprison him in a virtual replica of Steelport nicknamed the Dominatrix. …strangely enough, "The Matrix" is on AMC right now; I hear it in the background. I can't tell if that's just plain irony, or if the Matrix is real and playing games with my head.
Anyway, this new DLC is pretty damn big, so it'll hold a retail price tag of $29.99 when it launches this fall. Saints Row: The Third is really THQ's lone shining star right now; it launched to widespread critical acclaim last year, and did quite well on the sales charts. And come this fall, you'll have a great excuse to dive back into the fun.

I'll buy it for sure. The main DLCs for this game so far has been great fun and this dev deserves my support.
$30 seriously? that has to be the most expensive dlc i have seen. is it really that big that it costs that much? i have yet to play this game but i did watch a buddy play for a little bit. seems like it would be fun.
I'll definitely be picking it up as SR3 was my personal favorite game of last year.
Red Dead Nightmare was $29.99 i belive. but that was worth every penny.
what about season pass holders, will they still have to pay for this dlc?
I too wonder if this falls under the season pass deal. If so then that pass was one awesome deal! I got that pass of course. 🙂

shame there releasing it so far after the games release, most have moved on by now and were not exactly starved for games in the coming weeks………
