Mass Effect 3 Patch To Fix A Variety Of Bugs, Add Stability

Mass Effect 3 is a fantastic game, but it could definitely be a touch more stable.

Gamers have complained of a number of technical issues and now, BioWare plans to address those little eccentricities with a fix-it patch . It's available now for PC players and console players can download it tomorrow.

Click through the link to see the full list; the team will fix the game's facial import bug (Commander Shepard's imported facial features weren't lookin' right), and it also addresses multiple game-crashing bugs and connectivity issues. Here's a quick sampling from BioWare's website:

— Fixed an issue when quickly and repeatedly selecting to Resume a Save could result in Player Level reset and a potential locking of powers.

— Fixed an issue when selecting Multiplayer in the Main Menu while under a poor network connection could result in an unresponsive state.

— Fixed a potential crash while accessing an in-game terminal from Eden Prime level.

— Fixed an issue when attempting to login while Server is down. It would display a Server Down message and accepting the Server Shutdown message would shut down the game.

— Fixed a potential memory crash while loading a Quick Save of a custom FemShep.

Don't forget that the free Resurgence Pack is due out tomorrow as well, and they've got the Extended Cut coming this summer. Don't worry, BioWare is on top of things.
