If you check the Arkham City forums , you will find more than a few complaints concerning the included codes. Some say the codes they have don't work, others say the box where the DLC code is supposed to be is blank, and still others say they actually have multiple codes for the same piece of content.
Yeah, it's a little bit of an issue. Apparently, there are problems with all available DLC, including the Joker Challenge Map and the Robin and Catwoman codes. In our estimation, the Catwoman code is most important, as it definitely adds something to the story and gameplay. Publisher Warner Bros. is aware of the issues and has asked fans to keep an eye on Warner's Twitter page for updates. One encouraging update is as follows:
"We are aware that some people did not receive the Catwoman code in their game.You will get to play as the sexy thief,stay tuned for update."

I redeemed both codes I got from Gamestop so no problems here. I didn't open my game yet though because I'm taking it back there and picking it up at K-Mart for the $30 gaming coupon. I just wanted my preorder bonuses first.

How did you redeem the Catwoman code. It is in the box? What other codes did you get from Gamestop? I preordered the game from Gamestop and didn't get any extra codes other than Catwoman.
I didn't redeem the Catwoman code as I said I didn't open the game. The preorder bonus codes are on the receipt.
No code probs here. Got the Gamestop bundle. Whilst I was there, the sales clerk said that they were selling access to all of the other DLC (Robin, Nightwing, etc) before it is available. You could get the codes & then enter them when the content goes online. It also counted towards the rewards card. When I tried to buy the codes, the clerk said that there was a problem. For some reason, his computer wouldn't let him get the ones for the PS3 version of the game. He had mentioned having no problem selling the 360 versions. Eh, I'll deal with it later. I've just been running around beating the crap out of everyone for no reason whatsoever. Now I'm gonna go play Arkham 🙂
Enjoying catwoman thoroughly ^_^ also if you buy the green lantern bluray, dvd, digital copy combo at bestbuy you get the yellow batman costume. Supposed to be the yellow power of fear in the green lantern movie.

Another butchered DRM scam. But, hey, let's do it all again in a few months. After all, it's only paying customers that are suffering. No big deal.
Its not like they intentionally left out the codes for people who bought it new.

If they are trying to pressure used game markets to give back to the industry, and they should find a way (although I wish there was an alternative to codes), then they need to cross their t's and dot their i's a little better.
Thankfully I didn't have any issues with my Catwoman code. It's bummer for the unfortunate people that had problems. I am sure they'll get taken care of.
Speaking of customer service I went to Kmart to buy Batman AC and arrived before the store opened. The store opened and I went inside only to find they didn't have the game. They told me it wouldn't be available until their next truck on Friday!!! I got home, totally bummed out and complained at Kmart Gamer online. Instantly the moderator reached out and gave me an email address to email my unfortunate experience to. I told him what stores didn't have Batman AC on release day. He checked their stock online and found they did have the games, they just didn't put the games out on the shelves the night before. He called the store and had them fix the problem. Kmart gave me a $10 gift card for my troubles. I received the email that Batman AC was now available. I drove over and picked up my copy! Very impressed with Kmart Gamer for their active customer service!! I will be shopping at Kmart from now on.

Also if you buy a NOS energy drink you can go to drinknos.com and redeem the points under the tab for a batman beyond suit.
No issues with my codes, but I did get an extra catwoman that I traded for the Sinestro and batman the dark knight returns skins…
