It's a little weird getting two Media Create charts almost
back-to-back, isn't it? Well, last week was Golden Week in Japan
and so it delayed the results of the data for a while. Now that
Golden Week is over, things are back to normal. The April
23rd-29th chart made it clear that Nintendo is running the show
overseas. For the data running April 30th-May 6th, Nintendo
continues to dominate.
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings for the DS maintains pole
position by pulling in almost 110k sold. Super Paper Mario
retains its performance with just over 90k games sold. And the
remarkable Wii Sports sees a surge in sales, as the game went on
to sell almost 85k prints. Shockingly enough, there isn't a
single debut title in the top 10, either.
