With a concept like the one on display in FlatOut 2 , how could it not be popular? Well, we don't want to take away from the game's obvious quality and fun-factor, but when it comes to destructive racing, it's all about high-octane entertainment.
Bugbear Entertainment has announced that this great sequel has sold more than 500,000 copies since its release for the PS2, Xbox, and PC last August. Racing fans went plenty nuts for this one, obviously, and we suppose this means we'll see a FlatOut 3 …not like we're complaining, or anything.
Furthermore, with the game's success, we should soon see FlatOut 2 on the Greatest Hits and Platinum Hits (PS2 and Xbox, respectively) lists. And for only $20, it'd be one heck of a bargain.
