Media Create has released its list of top-selling game software in Japan for the week spanning November 22 and November 28. Topping the charts this time around was Square-Enix's latest role-playing game for the PS2, Dragon Quest VIII. The game was only out for two days during the list period, but still sold a mammoth 2.1 million copies during that time period.
