THQ today announced that Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge is now available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, Game Boy Advance, and PC at retail outlets across North America.
"We're excited about the 'Fear Factor'-style gameplay of Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge," said Jack Sorenson, executive vice president, worldwide studios, THQ. "This new reality show environment really enhances the traditional Hot Wheels racing action. While still packed with competitive speed challenges, Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge will also require players to complete unique and shocking stunts to impress the audience and stay on the show."
In the Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge videogames, players must complete stunts and win intense races. The goal is to beat opponents and impress the audience with fearless maneuvers, in order to advance into other 'episodes' and win better cars. At the end of the season, the driver with the most courage and best stunt skills will cruise away in a gold-plated car as the Hot Wheels Champion. The PlayStation 2 version allows for eight-player racing action with a PlayStation 2 online account.
