Aaron ThomasKoei sent word today that Kessen III is currently slated for a summer 2005 release on the PS2 in Europe.
Kessen III follows the storyline of Oda Nobunaga as he attempts to overcome the chaos of his world and bring peace to Japan. The narrative will feature more than 2 hours of movie sequences. As for the gameplay, the title's "Group Control Engine" now allows players to control the officer or the entire unit. The game will have twice as many battles as previous Kessen titles. Look for sweet graphics and tough gameplay – staples of the series.
