The NPD Group has released its monthly sales chart for July 2004. Madden should shake up the August chart when it's released next month, but for July, the story was NCAA Football and Spider-Man. Both games sold more than 1 million units across the systems they were released for — peaking on the PS2 with 508,807 and 405,626 units respectively.
