Aaron ThomasESPN Videogames has announced that they've shipped ESPN NFL 2K5 to North American retailers. The title will be available in stores on June 23 for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox platforms. Among the game’s new features are the V.I.P. System (Virtual Identity Profile) that lets players track a human opponents tendencies, the ability to levy big hits by using Maximum Tackle and the inclusion of celebrity challenges in the game’s Crib element. Both the PS2 and Xbox titles can be played online as well.
Rated “E” (Everyone), ESPN NFL 2K5 will retail for $19.99. Madden NFL 2005 will arrive in stores on August 12.
