Aaron ThomasIGN is reporting that the upcoming Def Jam: Fight for NY will not feature online play. Despite a recent recent feature in PSM Magazine that touted the title's online gampeplay, the feature has been scrapped.
"Unfortunately, due to time constraints, Def Jam: Fight for NY will no longer support online play," said Josh Holmes, Producer for EA. "We're continuing to focus on delivering an enormous fighting game that delivers more than three times the length and depth of the original."
