Chris-FaylorSNK today announced that they will be bringing two of their more popular franchises to the Playstation 2 in the form of two bundle packs.
The King of Fighters Bundle, due in winter 2004, will include The King of Fighters 2002 & 2003. The Metal Slug Combo, including Metal Slug 4 & 5, is expected in spring 2005. Each combination pack will carry a MSRP of $39.99.
"We are excited about offering these four great games for the PlayStation 2" commented Ben Herman, SNK NEOGEO USA Consumer Corporation president. "This is a chance for all gamers to learn of the rich SNK history by easily acquiring an SNK title library for their PlayStation 2."
No word yet as to why SNK opted to announce the Metal Slug Combo almost a year in advance of its release, but we'll keep you updated on both titles.
