Aaron ThomasUbisoft today announced that Prince of Persia: Warrior Within has reached gold status for both the PS2 and the Xbox. The sequel to last year's surprise hit, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within will feature a darker Prince on a journey to defy his own preordained death.
Ubisoft recently announced that both Monica Belluci and the band Godsmack would be contributing to the game. Best known for her role in "The Matrix: Reloaded" and "The Matrix: Revolutions," Bellucci's character is Kaileena, a helpless servant to the "Empress of Time." With PoP:WW featuring a darker Prince and a darker storyline, Godsmack's songs add to the edgier tone of the game.
Available in stores December 2nd, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within is rated "M" for Mature and will have a MSRP of $49.99.
